Pastoral Counseling
Our Services
Pastoral counseling provides confidential, professional services for individuals,
couples and families in a spiritual, faith-oriented setting while integrating
the methods of behavioral sciences. The program integrates spiritual, emotional
and physical aspects in addressing mental health and life crisis issues. Pastoral
counselors are available to people of all faiths, as well as those without
a particular religion.
Counseling is provided by a licensed professional and offers a variety of
therapeutic options including individual counseling, group therapy, couples
counseling, marriage and family therapy, and spiritual guidance. Referrals
are made to other health care professionals as necessary.
Commonly addressed problems include:
Faith Concerns
Depression
Death and Other Losses

Our Values
We believe emotional crises are occasions for spiritual awaking and can lead
to spiritual growth, while moving through life’s crisis and transitions.
“Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and
lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for
us. Strength is for service, not status. Each of us needs to look after the
good of the people around us, asking ourselves, “How can I help?”
-Romans 15: 1-2
