- Take MD exit 9 (Maugans Avenue). If coming from the North(Pennsylvania), turn left off the exit. Coming from the South(West Virginia, I-70), turn right off the exit. Maugans Avenue will become Long Meadow Road.
- Proceed 3.1 miles to Rt. 60 (traffic signal). Turn left onto Rt. 60 North.
- Proceed 3.3 miles and turn right on Leiters Mill Road. This road becomes Leitersburg/Smithsburg Road.
- Proceed 1.3 miles and Brook Lane will be on the right.
From Interstate 70:
- Take MD exit 35 (Smithsburg/Boonsboro Rt. 66) toward Smithsburg. From the West, turn left off the exit. From the East, turn right off the exit.
- Proceed North on Rt. 66 (approximately 6 miles). Go straight through first traffic light at intersection with Rt. 64. Proceed to second traffic light at Main Street in Smithsburg. Turn left.
- Proceed 2.6 miles and Brook Lane will be on the left.
From Emmitsburg:
- From the square proceed West on MD Rt. 140. This becomes Pennsylvania
Rt. 16.
- Proceed 16.2 miles and turn left at the light onto Midvale Road. This road becomes Maryland 418.
- Proceed 6 miles and turn left onto MD Rt. 60 South.
- Proceed 0.2 miles and turn left onto Leiters Mill Road.
- Proceed 1.3 miles and Brook Lane is on the right.
From Gettysburg:
- Proceed West on PA 16 to the intersection with PA 16. Turn right onto
PA Rt. 16 West.
- Proceed 9.8 miles and turn left at the light onto Midvale Road. This road becomes MD Rt. 418.
- Proceed 6 miles and turn left onto MD Rt. 60 South.
- Proceed 0.2 miles and turn left onto Leiters Mill Road.

From Waynesboro:
- Take Potomac Street (Rt. 316) South which will become MD Rt. 60.
- Proceed 5 miles and turn left onto Leiters Mill Road.

- Take Rt. 60 North for 4.9 miles. Turn right onto Leiters Mill Road. This road becomes Leitersburg/Smithsburg Road.

From North Village:
- Leaving the North Village Shopping Center turn left onto Long Meadow Road
proceed 2.6 miles to Rt. 60 (traffic signal).
- Turn left onto Rt. 60 North
and continue for 3.3 miles. Turn right onto Leiters Mill Road. This road
becomes Leitersburg/Smithsburg Road.
- Proceed 1.3 miles and Brook Lane will
