During the winter months when the daylight hours are shorter, some people experience Seasonal Affective Disorder. It is sometimes referred to as the “Winter Blues.”
Symptoms may include:

- Lethargy—fatigue and low energy
- Overeating—craving sweet or starchy foods
- Depression—feeling sad, hopeless or in despair
- Social problems—irritability or isolation
The Program will focus on the cause of SAD, how it is diagnosed and treatments available.
