Jocelyn Hauer Joins Marketing Team

Hauer has joined the Brook Lane staff as Digital Marketing Manager. “Being a part of the Brook Lane team is exciting because I get to work with such a caring and dedicated group of people,” says Jocelyn. “Using my creativity to share all of the great things Brook Lane is doing for the mental health of our community is something I look forward to each day.”

Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Jocelyn received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a major in marketing, from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, PA. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University Global. She brings with her extensive experience in cultivating and building community engagement, digital marketing, graphic design, brand management and event planning.

Jocelyn gained valuable experience in the non-profit sector through her time as the Director of Community Impact & Investment and later the Director of Engagement & Marketing at the United Way of Washington County, MD. She most recently was an Account Manager at Moore RMG in Hagerstown where she continued collaborating with many area non-profit organizations.  

Over the years, Jocelyn has dedicated her time to volunteer for various worthy causes, including the Literacy Council, English & More, Inc., REACH Cold Weather Shelter, and Children in Need, to name a few. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Williamsport and a graduate of Leadership Washington County, Class #35. 

Jocelyn lives in Hagerstown, MD with her husband Tim. In her spare time, she likes to go on walks with their three dogs, kayak and visit local restaurants. “Everyone goes through challenging phases in life that may require Brook Lane’s services,” says Jocelyn. “My family has used mental health services throughout various seasons and I understand how critical it is in overcoming life’s trials to find a path forward.”
