This nationally recognized, evidence-based course teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults.

What you’ll learn:
- Common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use issues
- How to approach someone in need and offer support
- Strategies for crisis and non-crisis situations
- How to connect people with appropriate resources
- Ways to reduce stigma and foster a culture of support
