She confides that her 16 year old cousin has been touching her inappropriately. She also asks if you will arrange for her to receive birth control pills. An attorney calls, says your patient’s parents are divorcing, he would like to chat with you

Dr. Burke is an admitting psychologist at Brook Lane. He provides diagnostic consultations on the inpatient unit and serves as a resource for mental health law and ethics issues.  He holds a Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the Catholic University of American in Washington, DC and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. He has been on staff since 1980.
