Dr. Danielle Hudak, DSW, LCSW-C, CEAP,

a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work, currently serving as the lead for Meritus Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In this role, she provides comprehensive mental health support to the Meritus Health system, Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, and multiple contracted community sites, tailoring EAP and Student Assistance Program (SAP) services to organizational needs, analyzing program outcomes, and fostering a culture of wellness across multiple settings.

Dr. Hudak specializes in the treatment of trauma and the effects of secondary traumatic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue among helping professionals. Her experience spans state-level child welfare, federal service with Veterans Affairs, and community mental health. In addition, she teaches in Salisbury University’s Social Work program, mentoring and supporting the development of the next generation of social work professionals.

Tarah Martin, MSW, LCSW-C

Tarah is a Baltimore native, Air Force veteran, and mental health professional with a clinical focus centered on supporting individuals affected by intimate partner violence. She served seven years in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member, including two years stationed at Osan Air Base in South Korea from 2010–2012. Her military experience provided a strong foundation in security, crisis response, situational awareness, and working effectively in high-pressure environments—skills that continue to inform her approach to clinical practice.

Tarah earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and a Master of Social Work degree from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.

Tarah has over six years of combined experience in inpatient case management and outpatient mental health therapy. Her professional background includes crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, safety planning, care coordination, and connecting vulnerable populations with emergency and community-based resources.

In 2023, Tarah established a virtual private practice serving adults. Her clinical interests include therapeutic interventions for intimate partner violence, crisis stabilization, and supporting individuals navigating the psychological impact of interpersonal trauma. Her combined experience in military security and behavioral health provides a unique perspective on safety, trauma, crisis intervention, and the complex needs of individuals affected by interpersonal violence.

Master Sergeant Tomora Clark

Master Sergeant Tomora Clark is a Training Advisor at Fort Meade, Maryland, providing strategic guidance and expertise to the Department of the Army’s Public Affairs education and training division. She has held leadership roles across the Army’s Logistics and Public Affairs career fields and has extensive experience in strategic communications, digital media, audience engagement, and professional training.

MSG Clark previously supported the Department of the Army’s Public Affairs Digital Media Division, where she led cross-functional teams and spearheaded digital media strategies that grew the Army’s social media presence to more than 12 million followers. Her work contributed to the Army earning the Gold Play Button for operating the federal government’s third-largest YouTube channel.

A Baltimore County native, MSG Clark has served in assignments throughout the United States, South Korea, and Afghanistan. She holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in History from Troy University.
