Brain with gears visible insideThis FREE Facebook Live Event will focus on minding your thoughts. Every action, decision, and spoken word originates with a thought. We often underestimate the control we have over the thoughts that come into our minds - both positive and negative. When you take the time to evaluate your thoughts, you can better control their influence on your mind and body. Join Susan Corley, LCSW-C to learn how to improve your thinking, which in turn will improve your self-esteem, mood, relationships and more.

Featuring: Susan Corley, LCSW-C, a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy at Brook Lane’s North Village outpatient location. She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents with a variety of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in the way young people process information and their emotional and behavioral reactions to varying situations. Susan’s interests also include the treatment of eating disorders, bullying and other emotional/behavioral disorders.

Visit www.facebook.com/brooklanehealthservices on the above date and time to join the program.
