This seminar will focus on the educational requirements for existing board approved supervisors to obtain CEUs in supervision for licensure renewal. This will include reviewing the Maryland requirements for providing supervision. The program will also explore the practical aspects of supervision from required documentation, notes and time keeping to billing and coding. Also included will be dialog on when Clinical Supervision crosses into therapy and how to create a legacy.
YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID (YMHFA) is an 8 hour program designed to teach adults how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions related challenge or crisis.
The Adult Mental Health First Aid course is an 8-hour program appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.
