Join us for a frank discussion on some of the challenges and rewards of providing care to a loved one. During this virtual program, our panelists will share some of their personal experiences in being a primary care provider, highlighting what worked and what might have worked better.

Moderator Dawn Johns
is the Executive Director at Potomac Case Management Services, Inc.
Sue Graff is a registered nurse specializing in mental health care and director of staff development for Brook Lane. Sue was a primary caregiver to both of her parents.
Jodi Ramsey is a registered nurse certified in gerontology and is a geriatric care manager with Journey Life Care at Potomac Case Management Services, Inc.
Cheryl Schnebly is the Executive Assistant at Brook Lane and provided primary care for her father and mother-in-law.
