Navigatingattorney having discussion with older couple the legal and financial aspects of providing primary care to others can be daunting. During this virtual program, Jeanne Singer, CPA, JD and Cynthia Moore, CPA will discuss some of the basic legal and financial items caregivers should be aware of to protect themselves and their loved one and to be prepared for the future. Discussion will include informed consent, privacy, power of attorney, advance directives, DNR (do not resuscitate) documentation, and more.
